Located in the heart of Groningen, next to the University’s Academy Building, there is a unique hospitality concept based on the experiences of the world traveller Mr. Mofongo. Innovation and technology are merged with sustainability and dedication to create a gastronomic experience that makes you feel like you are on a journey. The expeditions of Mr. Mofongo were a great source of inspiration to set up the concept in 2005 that has since grown into a landmark in the city of Groningen. The robot arms in the Rooftop Winebar and cocktail bar, our own distillery, and freshly roasted coffee, among other things, forms a unique concept. Our concept has now grown into an experience with dishes and drinks from all over the world.
