Every day our distillers keep a sharp eye on the path from grain to bottling. We distil unique liqueurs, special rums and refined gins based on special herbs, fruits, and spices. In addition to these all-time classics, we also have our own single malt whiskey that is maturing in barrels. When you sit in Mofongo’s cocktail bar you can see the stills, the fermentation room and infusion jars on the second and third floors. As a guest, you are practically a witness to the whole process. All spirits are not only available throughout Mofongo, but you can also buy them in our liquor store to take home!
